What we may collect

We may collect your email address if you create an account, the family topic you choose to share, your conversation with the AI guide, the Next Step Plan generated for you, basic usage information, and payment status if you purchase another guided plan.

What we ask you to avoid sharing

Please avoid sharing unnecessary identifying information, such as your child's full name, school name, home address, exact location, ID numbers, medical records, or other highly identifying details unless truly necessary.

AI processing

Family Next Step uses AI to help organize information and suggest possible next steps. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suitable for your situation.

Control and deletion

If you create an account, you can delete your saved family topics and request account deletion. Some limited payment or security records may be retained where required.
